looking for flatmate for flat - June onwards

I have the possibility of taking a flat on Lamond drive but I need another person, the lease would start around the 10th of june onwards.

I am a PhD and would prefer a long term post graduate too, let me know on:

Best thing would be June onwards for a full 12 months

but a june - august, and then september onwards is also possible.
