I am a post doc that has a room available in a 2 bedroom property from June onwards. The house is 1 mile from South street (15 minute walk). Have garden, lounge, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. The internet is included. The rent is a very reasonable £365 excluding bills (which are really reasonable). I am ideally looking for someone that works so i can share the council tax costs.
