I am currently a first year history student and have a 2-person flat on Watson Ave (10 minute walk to town, halfway between Morrisons and Tesco) with a 12-month lease beginning in July.
Rent is £380 a month, with about £20 for utilities.
Ground floor flat with very spacious double bedrooms; massive kitchen which is being renovated over the summer; big, sunny common room; washer and garden.

I'm a keen cook and a friendly, easy going roommate. Preferably looking for a non-smoker!
