Here's a little more.....

I have two large double rooms available for July and August in a lovely warm and airy flat. The flat is centrally located (near westport arch) close to the centre of town, university, shops and transport links. The accommodation is very spacious (over two floors) and has a modern kitchen with all the amenities you would expect including dishwasher and washing machine. There is wireless internet and free on street parking directly outside. A FreeSat television package is also provided at no extra charge.

Given that it is quite late in the day, I am prepared to offer the rooms at a rent of £365 PCM (including bills), which is significantly lower than term time rent (Sep to June) and very good considering the quality and the location of the flat.
