I will be a postgrad in St Andrews starting in the fall and I am looking for a room for the entire academic year 2011/2012. I am quiet, responsible and am looking for something that is not necessarily party headquarters

Possibly also looking for people to rent out a house or flat together.

Hi, I have a single room available in a house shared with three 4th year girls from September 1st until June 30th. The price is £334 a month not including bills although the TV license and possibly the internet from next year (although unconfirmed) are included. I am away from St Andrews until 12th July but from will be around from then. I will be unable to show you around the house but hopefully I should have some photos available from tomorrow-ish (although unfortunately only camera phone photos as my digital camera is broken). Hi Olivia,

I have a double room (actually has a king size bed in it!) to rent in the lovely village of Ceres which is on a bus route to St. Andrews. Both the living room and bathroom are recently refurbished and it has a very good sized kitchen. You would be sharing with one other female postgraduate student. The rent is £280 pcm excluding bills (~£30/month) and TV licence.

I leave the UK around the 21st October so the room is definately available from then but I can be flexible with the moving in date (we are having a baby and will probably be staying with my family any way from early Sept.) and with the length of the contract. Hi there

I have a room available starting September 1st in the heart of St Andrews on Market Street. It is one room in a 2-bedroom apartment at only £300 a month (the price is kept low so that students are able to afford the place). It is recently renovated, and it is in extremely good condition. The other roommate will be staying, and she is a very easy-going post-doc who has lived with all types of people during their transition through St Andrews.

It is a quiet, relaxing apartment, and it is right in the middle of everything you could need!

I don't know if you have found a place but in case you haven't I have a room available in a four person house on boase avenue. It's all postgrads and the rent is £395 a month not including bills.
