I have got a two person flat available for rent from the 1st September 2010 for the academic year 2010-2012.

Ideally looking for 2 people who know each other and preferably looking to take on the flat in subsequent years. Length of lease is negotiable but with a minimum contract of 9months.

The flat is fully furnished, one bedroom is a double and the other one is a single. There is a lovely kitchen overlooking a private back garden, as well as a shower room and spacious living room.

Located approx 10mins walk from the town centre with on street parking available outside. There is a bus stop located just outside the front door across the street.
