I am an anthropology postgraduate set to begin at St Andrews in September and I have found a really nice place which I am hoping to share with one flat mate.

It is a 4 bed place with no HMO license so will therefore have 2 bedrooms and 2 spare rooms/ studies / movie room / play room / other / (we can decide together). It has a lovely furnished kitchen with nice tiling, handmade wooden surfaces, dining table and all the mod-cons. Bathroom has spacious shower/bath and is in good, clean condition. Finally, it has a huge lounge on the top floor with velux windows (therefore very light), sofas and a 2nd dining table. It has a small garden in need of a little grooming with a rotary washing line.

It's located 10mins bus journey from Uni/ St Andrews town: Main Street, Guardbridge. There is also a direct cycle path to town.

The rent is £375 PCM per person excluding bills. Tenancy begins 1st September.
