I have a room to rent in Guardbridge. 4 miles out side of St. Andrews. The house is one the main bus route to and from St Andrews with buses running every 15 minutes to St Andrews and Dundee. The House is fully furnished including: washer, dryer, big screen TV, pots, pans, cutlery, telephone, basically a walk in. The house is near the bike path to St. Andrews. It's a spacious 3 bedroom house. You would be sharing the house with me and my husband. We would prefer a post grad but not required. The price is £325 plus your share of the utilities.
