My share of a lovely 4 1/2 rooms flat on Lamond Drive, St-Andrews is available from February 1st, 2012. The flat is to be shared with a PhD student in Computer Science. It is located 15 minutes walking from either the city centre or Morrisons.

The room available is spacious (for UK standard) with a double bed, 2 wardrobes, drawers, a bookshelf and a desk.

The flat is fully furnished and has a washing machine + access to the backyard+internet. The living room is perfect to study with a very nice table and a couch/bed. The rent is 350 GBP per month excluding bills.
