Hi folks,

We've got a large double room available for the summer months in our house on Queens Terrace. The room is fully furnished, and enormous.

The rent is under £400 p/m, bills are negligible, and the flat is very quiet and tidy. We're a very friendly bunch, who - bar one - will be living in the house for most of the summer months (except June). Both boys and girls.

The flat has lots of positive qualities: friendly housemates, a projector with a 12 foot screen (for movies/whatever you fancy). It's a wonderfully charming house, with wonderfully charming housemates in the early to late 20s, and you'd probably love it here.
