It's a fantastic flat with quiet but sociable neighbors, and is actually a 3 bedroom although only the two double rooms are being rented out at the moment, leaving the third available for storage/drying room. Both the bedrooms and the living room face a field which makes a lovely view, and the kitchen is always clean and tidy with all new appliances. You will be sharing with a Postgraduate girl who is very friendly and tidy, and the landlords are also lovely.

The room will be available from the beginning of January 2013, although this is negotiable. Moving because I have graduated and found a job outside of St Andrews.
