Room in Guardbridge available from January

I have a furnished double bedroom available in Guardbridge (next to Leuchars, 1/2 mile from the rail station). The rent is £250 ppm. The common-room and kitchen are good-sized, and overall it's a nice house (I'm trying to get pictures up as well). It's great for commute to St Andrews or Dundee, as the bus stop is right outside the house. (Keep in mind - it's about a 10 minute bus ride, but the new 99 bus schedule, it comes up to every 10 minutes). There is a parking space for a car, if you have one.

The landlord is working on fixing the house up slowly but surely, but it's not in tip-top condition - hence why it's so cheap (about £50 than average for a double-room in Guardbridge). I like it because it means it's nearly impossible to do any damage that would result in losing the deposit.


I also have an 8 year old cat, who does have some stress-induced behavioural problems, for which I medicate him. It's quite helpful if you like cats. I do keep him in my room when I'm not there for the first week or so after a new person comes in.

The person who was interested dropped out as they wanted something in St Andrews. Location is great for a place outside St Andrews (as mentioned in original post, right by a 99 bus stop).
