Large room at the Gatehouse of Earlshall Castle in Leuchars available for Rent from 1st September 2013. The Gatehouse has a kitchen, dining room, lounge, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and cellar for storage. Rent is £300 per month excluding bills. Kitchen is being refurbished during the summer period.
Will be sharing with two male, friendly 3rd years. Female student moving out for Year Abroad.
The Gatehouse is only a 15 minute walk to bus stop (buses roughly every 10 minutes now) or 20 minute walk to Leuchars train station.
