Searching Flat/Room or Prospective Flatmate

I am a 22yr old male postgrad starting in September. I just got shafted by the accommodation office because apparently they don’t consider your application until you get results. So I am looking for a room/ flat in a student residence, or alternatively a fellow postgrad searching for a place to live for the next academic year as prices tend to fall per person when you share. Looking for one more roommate for the 2013-2014 year in our 2 floor flat on Market St, just above Holland & Barrett. The room available is a large, downstairs room with a single bed, desk, small closet and plenty of storage space. The rest of the flat includes a small but very usable kitchen, large den area, and 2 bathrooms (the larger of the two being downstairs). You would be sharing with two male fourth-years and a female post-grad. The rent will be £450 a month not including bills.
