Room outside St Andrews available - Semester 1

Dear all,

I'm a male postgrad living in a cottage about 4 miles south of St Andrews and have a free room available upstairs. It's a single room with a small desk. There's a large empty box room next to it that can be used as a walk-in closet. Shared bathroom/kitchen/living room downstairs. I am writing my dissertation and leave this Christmas. It would be a short term let, unless an agreement is reached with my lanlord to stay after I leave. Rent is 200 ppm. Elec. bills would be split. There are hourly buses during the day-time. Taxi to and from town is about 10 pounds.

There is NO: microwave/clothes drier/tv/landline. No internet available. (Looking into the possibility.)
