The top story comprises the living/dining room, while the bottom floor consists of a big kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine, a bathroom (with bathtub) and bedrooms. A bus stop is located directly in front of the house with buses running very regularly between St Andrews, Leuchars and Dundee. Previous housemates have also taken their bikes to St Andrews.
