Four flatmates wanted for six bedroom house, North Street

Myself (female 4th yr philosophy student) and another person (male 4th yr philosophy student) are living in a six bedroom house on North Street with four bedrooms becoming available next year. It is a lovely house in a very central location with nice potential flatmates

There are four double bedrooms and two single bedrooms. Rent for the double bedrooms with hand basins will be £495 per month (there is one without a hand basin for £485). Rent for the single rooms will be £445 per month. It is a ten month lease. There is a cleaner who comes round every week, and that is included in the rent.

One of the double bedrooms with a hand basin will be occupied next year, but I am willing to go with a single room if interest for double rooms is high. That would leave three double rooms and one single room free, or alternatively two double rooms and two single rooms.
