My beloved flatmate is leaving me and heading to sunnier climes.

Her bedroom is available from September 2012. It's a single, fully furnished room.

Tha flat has just been renovated and has brand new everything. The kitchen includes all modcons (washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Plus everything I own - which is A LOT!)

The bathroom is very basic but big - shower, toilet and basin.

The price is £450 pcm.
