there's still enough snow just outside town. my garden is still about 3 inches deep in snow. I went sledging on the hill behind safeway and in the fields behind my house this morning and there's still people there!

Magnus Magnusson's Scotland - Story of A Nation is a really good bedtime history book. it draws all the intersting parts from Lynch's New History, and is much more readable. I got it in Blackwells for £5 paperback.
