House 8 Room 3, large or small?

Hi, I seem to recall asking this question a couple of years ago about a different house, but can anyone tell me if room 3 in house 8 is large or small? I know I had a small one last time, because of the house layout, and was wondering if anyone could let me know so I know how much stuff to bring nex...

Re:

The Lion King is undoubtably the best Disney film ever, and from a Disneyaholic, that's saying something. Hercules was pretty good too, but there's something about The Lion King that just makes it special. I've had the video for years, and got the DVD as soon as it came out. I agree with those who t...

Arguing on the forum

Since you showed us this site, my friend and I have been posting on the forum, arguing with the scary religious people. It's like talking to a brick wall. It's entertaining riling them up, though.

Ghosts in St Andrews

Last year my academic mother told me that St Andrews was full of ghosts. Of course, we've all heard about the White Lady, but what other ones are there? I read the article here on the website about some ghosts, but there wasn't much detail. Does anyone know anything about them? Is there a book I can...

Re:

Shopping sounds like a good idea, then we can all decide what to get together. I'll be bringing all of my posters with me, and I'm sure they're not all going to fit in my room, so we might be able to use some of those. And Jen and I have 5 calenders between us, so I'm sure we can spare one for the k...

Re:

Nope, not into riding. I like horses, and used to enjoy riding, but these days I'd pity the poor horse I rode. It would end up with a broken back :S

Re:

Table cloth sounds good. I'm bringing a couple of fridge magnets, and I'm going into Manchester next week, where I'll be getting two packs of those magnetic letters (one pack mult-coloured, one pack glow-in-the-dark) so we can write messages on the fridge. I'll also be bringing the two plants. Does ...

Re:

Sure, Jen, that would be great, as long as it's after I get my loan. I'm completely skint, and the year hasn't even started yet! I think we should bake a cake as well, sort of a house warming thing. Just a really random thought. *goes off in own mind...* Erm...yeah, so, anyway, see everyone next wee...

Denver?

Does anyone remember 'Denver: The Last Dinosaur'? I used to love that cartoon as a kid, but nobody I ask has ever heard of it. Anyone else know it, or has my warped mind completely fabricated it?

Room 3 house 6 - large or small?

I've heard from various sources that the room 3s vary in size depending on the house. Some are large, the same size as room 6, and some are really small. Does anyone know if room 3 in house 6 is large or small?

Languages

Why are languages pointless? I realise that not many people have voted for this subject, but I don't see how it's at all pointless. I mean, if nobody learned foreign languages, then nobody would be able to communicate with people from other countries, and world trade would be impossible.

Pet goldfish - Are they allowed?

Hello people, I'm moving into Fife Park this year and was wondering if I would be allowed to keep one or two goldfish. I know my flatmate last year had some in DRA, but they died. If anyone knows if they're allowed, could you please let me know?
