I have often sat in the waiting room for the tait practice for over half an hour, i think if you choose to see some of the more 'popular' doctors i.e dr nixon or dr thomson you just have to be prepared to wait, if you want to be seen quickly see dr tait, I have never seen him but he always seems to ...

anyone have any idea when the exam timetable is going to be put up? i need to book my flights home soon as they just keep getting more expensive!

I have found the doctors to be much more helpful than SSS so I would recommend them first off, Most of the doctors (In the Tait practice for surnames A - G) are really nice,understanding and helpful

realised it might be quite helpful to tell you that Dr Nixon and Dr Thomson, who are in the Tait practice, are both really helpful with self harm, depression etc. Although i guess this is only helpful if your surname is a - g, dont know what the doctors in the other practices are like, hope this helps

if you really want help you need to go to the doctor, it will go on your record but your records are totally confidential so that shouldnt be a problem. There are some really nice doctors at the health centre who will help you but you have to make them aware of your problems first.

yep you can do it, your best just to contact the uni you want to go to and do what they say. My friend who transferred didnt even tell st andrews that he was leaving until he had accepted his offer from the uni he applied to, he went into 3rd year too so it definitely can be done if you want to

if it makes you feel any better i quite often have problems with it, like just now!

hi i was just wondering if anyone knows if the self harm support group is still about? I would like to know more about it but cant find any information on it anywhere, anyone have anything they could tell me about it?

ok now understanding this whole advising thing better got another email saying they had got it wrong and its thursday 23rd i need to advise not the 30th which makes so much more sense, thanks for all the suggestions though!
