What's an MA Special?

Apparently it's a discontinued degree which I'm elligable for since it was still in existance when I started my course. I've done 4 years of study (out of 5 years of a French degree) and so apparently I'm allowed to graduate with a special rather than a general degree.

Sorry for the delay

I'm back, Here’s what the Bible has to say about confessing sin and being forgiven. First of all it's important to understand why Christians believe that suicide is a "sin". "Sin" is what the bible describes as anything that falls short of God's standard, and as God is perfect no-one can reach His s...

Re:

I can suggest Arnica (A homeopathic remedy) for any bruising you might have, get it at boots and ask about other homeopathic remedies if you like, they really work. As for the rest of my advice (Christian Non-Catholic perspective) I'll get back to you ASAP, have a class now so have to run. Will defi...

Graduating Suddenly!

Hi all, looks like I'm leaving this year...(violins)... I've got myself into a Post-Grad teaching course at Dundee, and I'm heading off there in August. I've applied to graduate this year with an MA Special degree, but I need to know what I've missed out on so far in the Graduation process. I don't ...

This could be great if more people were interested

I have been on the book-exchange dot co dot uk website and it's brilliant. You can sell all your books there and there's no fee like on Amazon or Ebay. If more students would put their books for sale on this site it could be really good. At the moment there's a decent selection, but more is needed. ...

Fear not!

Just in case any of you were worried about me, and I know you may well have been, such a caring lot an' all. Today I will be dining in the warm (I hope) and comfy (I'm assured) livingroom of one dear St-Andrian Friend. - makes ya feel all warm and fuzzy don't it?! Well, au revoir mes amis... I'm sta...

Re:

Thank you all, very much, what a lovely "munch" bunch. I guess it's poverty or hypothermia for me then! I'll make enquiries with those other societies though!

Lunchtime

Okay, so I don't live in St Andrews, I know this may come as a shock to many of you, as we locals are few and far between, but I am indeed "local". I do, however, like the majority of you, eat! I like to eat, I love to eat, I need to eat! I hate making packed lunches! As it stands the university has...
