I've found taking a multivitamin (whilst eating healthily, mind) is quite helpful. Personally, I like the Wellwoman vitamins, but they can be quite expensive.

Bizarrely, I find Gregorian chants to work wonders whilst studying. I'm not sure what it is about them, but they definitely help me focus.
