Graduation...again

Is it just me or do they not provide us with much information, or have I missed it, or maybe it's to come? Anyway, where do we go to pick up the gowns and get our Ede and Ravenscroft photos taken?

The people who just see the words "heroin addict" are the ones who shouldn't be here, imho. The person needs help and is making the first step to getting it...admitting they have a problem. Go to a doctor, or SSS like everyone else has said. Time out is what you need, nottreated like you're a piece ...

Re:

I've been in the same position and ended up S-coding, for me I think this was the right decision. But everyone is different in how it affects them and their work, in my case it was more of a struggle to concentrate in lectures and revision, but getting essays/reports done wasn't really a problem onc...

Logo

Anyone know where I can get a good quality image (transparent with no white background) of the university logo? They have it on the uni website but you have to be a staff member to access it, which isn't much use.

Yes because I graduate soon too, 7 years is quite a long time, 7 weeks maybe it would be different! I'd go to all the places in the world I want to.

Re:

The union not only has paper recycling bins in every office (and public spaces), but it's also a Fife Council Recycling Point, meaning you can bring your glass, paper, plastic bottles, and cans/tins to recycle. Many campaigners are also holding recycling bags for people to recycle the used flyers. ...

Re:

Posters don't bother me too much, but I do think flyering is a waste of time and resources, with most ending up in the nearest bin. Does the union have paper recycling bins? Maybe they could put them near the entrance to actually make people more aware, rather than just a comment on a poster. Maybe ...

Apple Macbook

I'm thinking about investing in one, but does anyone know if you can simply transfer files from say, Microsoft Word onto it without any problem? Or would I need additional software for that? Do they normally come with software for word processing, spreadsheets etc.? Also any comments on why I should...
