Re:

But if they find out you've moved house to a different area which they don't cover they just take you off their list and leave you to find another doctor yourself... which was nice.

Re:

I think perhaps your doctor is insisting on a smear as the pill can increase cervical erosion in some people and hence the risk of abnormal cells. I was a victim of a sexual attack when I was younger and found the idea of a smear really upsetting (and sex for that matter) but I made this really clea...

Re:

Biggest age gap was 24 years... he was the same age as my dad which was a bit odd.

Most of the problems weren't to do with his age so much as the fact that in hindsight he is a muppet.

Smallest age gap was 12 years. Again, no problems with the age gap but issues with geography.

Re:

My brother fell for exactly the same scam with his laptop last week. All he has managed to do is get DHL to stop the parcel before it reached the recipient, they want £100 to ship it back to him though so either way he's lost out. Still, lesson is learnt for next time I guess :(

Re:

I used LRS in Leuchars for my move last year. I was only going a few miles up the road too, I think it was £80 for the whole thing and they were really helpful and provided boxes and packing materials. Using Fife removals for my current move (down to Hampshire) and he's also pretty reasonable (£200 ...

Er, yes, done that already. And I have already met his son... he's a good kid (unlike his father for whom there are not enough expletives in the English language)

Thank you for replying. Have done the student support services thing before I found out he was cheating as well as all the other stuff. They said they'd write to my dept but to just turn up and sit in the exam even if i felt i couln't write. The specifics of the situation are quite amusing I guess. ...

I have been cheated upon...

and now I am single, pregnant and about to fail stupid exams which I haven't revised for.

I am an absolute fool, a moron of the highest order, a bastion of gullibleness, and, currently a complete hysterical blubbering wreck.

Oh, woe is me. What joy. Now what do I do?

I used LRS removals to do my move from town to anstruther. It came to under £100 and I didn't have to do anything apart from chuck my stuff in the boxes they provided (free, and still haven't come to collect....)

Hmm, am guessing you've met on the internet? If so I would say approach with extreme caution. In my second year I met someone 21 years older than me who lied about not being married and managed to keep up this lie for a year. Various things happened and it left me crushed, broken, devestated and in ...

If I were you I would 1. Make an appointment with Nicky Haxell at SSS to discuss your academic work. She can write to your departments on your behalf and negotiate with your advisor/tutor for you. and 2. See a student support worker for a chat and some practical advice on how to make yourself feel b...

When I was a first year I was told that to do English-IR I would have to take second year modules in the first year to prevent the clash. Not sure if this still holds true though.

Hi, I've been with the Tait practice for a year having moved from the Morris practise. Also have depression and anxiety problems. I always ask to see the same doctor and they don't have a problem with it at all... sometimes means I do end up waiting a few days for an appointment though. Oh, and I se...
