Also, if you get really stuck, try dry shampoo from boots. If you don't brush it off it stays in your hair as this mat whiteish layer. Not the best option as wil prob look crap but worth a try.

I watched the documentary about today's Russia on More4. It was really quite interesting. And then topped it off with some humour: the Office rerun on BBC2.

I went a year once without tv because it broke down and had no money prioritised for a new one.
