Re:

I'm not sure about doing 1st year modules, but I did an extra 30 credit module in my fourth year in order to make up credit, and that worked out ok.

Re:

If it helps, the Art History course does get better. Have a look at the honours course catalogue and see if anything there interests you before making your final decision.

Re:

Thanks, everyone's been really helpful. I found dairy-free chocolate buttons in the shop next to new look yesterday and the black magic equivalent of creme eggs have no milk content, so that solves my other craving! Will try Sheese soon too.

Lactose-free food in St Andrews?

Has anyone found lactose-free products other than soya milk anywhere in town? I'm struggling to find anything and all I can think about is cheese.

Any help (and cheese) would be appreciated!

Good to know! Has anyone found a good hairdresser other than sophie butler? The lady I usually go to there has been promoted beyond my price range!

Third year lucky, someone must want it this year! I have an electic blue padded jacket for sale, brand new with tags, and bought in Sweden. Would be perfect for winter sports or keeping warm in the St Andrews freeze. Bought for £150 but will sell for £60. I can send photos to anyone interested. I al...

Can you still be around for them, and try to listen to them, even if you can't actually help them in any practical way, and you start getting depressed yourself listening to them? Just the fact that you want to help is important. My depression didn't manifest itself into self harm so because there w...

Re:

I was in the same situation as you a while ago and going to my doctor helped a lot. Otherwise finding someone to talk to is the best thing to do, and it's reassuring knowing that someone else understands and will be there if you're having a bad time. You won't always feel like this, it can and does ...
