I don't know about general ... stuff, but I know that within organisations (Scouts, Guides, etc) child protection laws cover anyone under the age of 18.

The 17th of April is the AGM and Top of the Rocks. AGM venue still TBA, but start time at 7pm. There will be food and free entry for those who turn up to the AGM.
