Alternatively, you can use your ISP's SMTP server while at home.

I've e-mailed helpdesk, but this sounds promising. How do I do it?

Re:

Arg. arg. Arg.

I knew the fact that this new laptop was on Vista would cause a problem eventually. Looks like the Cisco client St Andrews offers doesn't work on Vista yet.

Any suggestions, or am I doomed to reading in Thunderbird and writing on Webmail while at home?

I've got the Outgoing Server set to mailhost.st-and.ac.uk on Port 25, but am getting this error message: "The message could not be sent because connec...

Hairy Men Wanted For Play Photoshoot

I posted this on the main board, and then realised that a few hairy RockSoc men might be exactly what we needed . . . Heard about the production of Twelfth Night going up in early December? We're putting a goth-metal-fetish spin on Shakespeare's comedy, and we're already preparing the publicity. We'...

Skanking

However inappropriate it may have been, by hneart went boom-baddy-boom when the last DJ played One Step Beyond last night, for I love the old two-tone and ska, and I love to skank. And I thought that the uninhibited RockSockers would be well up for a mass skanking session! Imagine my disappointment ...
