I've been stopped by an oldish guy on Queen's Gardens with similar chat and another time seen that same guy stop someone else in the same spot.

I'm thinking of using this service to get to Edinburgh Airport at spring break but I seem to remember it getting some bad press when it first started... Has anyone here used it? Would you recommend it?
