When I had my conditional offer applying from 5th year you still had to apply. You have to apply regardless by the deadline for accomodation so that you are guranteed a place in halls. They keep it on hold until you receive your exam results in August. Once your place is confirmed they then process ...

Premier Let was the agent that went bust at the end of last year. They owned a lot of expensive property and ran into financial difficulties and went bankrupt at the end of last year. There was quite a big thing about it I remember.

The problem with 2nd year was the sheer volume of coursework and the difficulty of some of it as well, the main difficulty being the huge jump in what they expect in 1st year to what they expect in 2nd year.
