Re:

This is what is on the university site. It depends what your surname is, which practice you are in, so there are 3 different phone numbers. Hope this helps! Health All Students attending the University, whether 'Home' students or international are expected to register with the local Health Centre. A...

Having criticised the original poster, I think some of the points made by unregistered users are a bit harsh, and will not help people in their exams now. I assume you have all had the MT1003 exam by now, but learn from this thread that you have to use other resources mentioned such as textbooks, an...

Re:

This is quite an interesting thread... It seems that some people are not taking much responsibility for their own learning... I know this might cause some friction with people, but oh well. At the beginning of the course, lecturers usually give textbooks or references that are useful for the course....

Re:

I agree with you both on this point (unregistered users). It does seem to have affected me more than other reported cases of rape. I always find reported cases of rape horrible to think about, especially since I have found out one of my friends suspects she was a victim of such a crime herself, but ...

"Or rant about stuff without knowing what they are talking about." Yes Mr Comedy... Isn't it also true that they have done a lot of good about informing the public about things that are going on in the world, and quite often do make statements about things that are very true (example global warming)...

Greenpeace being sued by America...

Ok, so the subject title might not be entirely accurate, but it is fairly close. This is a link that might interest people who are against the Bush administration/hippies/human rights believers. http://www.greenpeace.org/international_en/news/details?item_id=472552 I don't usually post on this messa...

I have found out that the trains will be running as normal on Easter Sunday, just to let you all know - apart from the work that is going on at some points on the line (regardless of it being Easter or not).
Thanks anyway!

Trains on Easter

Does anyone know if the train from Edinburgh to Leuchars will be running on Easter Sunday?
I'm assuming it will be, but I don't want to be stranded in Edinburgh...
Still, I suppose there are worse places!
