It's unfair of the University to blame all the costs of the university network on students. Granted, resnet costs alot of money, but the main reason the university has the network is for academic use and that'll never be profitable. I'd like to know whether the £140,000 loss is just for the resident...

Isn't the whole point of student elections that they descend into mud slinging, abuse and general muck spreading? And then the guy in the monkey suit becomes president and we all get on with our lives until the next bunch put themselves forward for public humiliation?
