Probably a long shot but does anyone know how to convert a mac-binhex40 file to Word on Windows. I'll probably just get them to send it again in a different format but thought I'd ask and see if anyone knows how to do it or if it's posssible?

Try googling BinHex and that should throw up a few websites with free software.

Where did they send it from? The TARDIS? I've not seen a file of that type for years!

That will decode the BinHex file, but you'll still need something capable of reading the binary file it produces.
