Eat foods filled with protein, such as meats, beans, and some dairy products. Taking multivitamins daily doesnt hurt either.

Obviously any sort of weight-lifting involving arms should help, do 3 sets of 10, with a warmup of 15 at a lower wieght. Obviously make sure you are doing the lift properly, and that you strech the muscles you are working out both before AND after you lift.

Much more convienient are excercises that don't involve expensive equipment or going to a gym. Pushups are obviously #1 on the list, also work on pullups and chin-ups (they work different muscles). Might be worthy to invest in a dumbell or two to have in your room to do curls to work the biceps. Do wristrolls for the forearms. And always remember to strech and warmup, do want to injure those pretty muscles of yours O_-.

Go swimming three times a week. It will tone everything and give your self a good cardiovascular work out as well. And its pritty cheap as its all in one.

I work in a cheese shop and cutting the hard cheeses gives me muscles. It's a good way because you get paid for it.
