It doesnt actually matter what you eat, or how much of it. now i know this will recieve lots of "well informed" answers arguing the tits off me, but ill tell you what my dietician said, (which i had for 4 years)
he said, A: your metabolism controls your weight.
B:to lose weight you increase your metabolism, and vice versa.
C: to increase your metabolism you eat small meals regularly, with protein and low carb/low fat. this in turn will increase your metabolism, (lots of small meals trains the body into burning calories faster)
therefore the opposite is true.
if you want to stop losing weight, eat three times a day. dont snack, dont eat before your going to go and run around all day. control the calorie intake and eat carbo and protein in the way of pasta, fish, and potatoes. you wont lose weight if your metabolism settles down. oh, and also, when it does settle down, you will start putting weight on quickly. about 5-6 pounds every month or so. its finding the happy medium.
anyways, im writing an essay. allegedly.
