Ok so these projects are due in today right?

So I emailed someone for some help with some coding, but I get the feeling that as its a Bank Holiday today, they may not be working.

Can anyone shed any light on that at all?
Are the projects due in today, even though its a Bank Holiday anyway? If so, who do I speak to about help with said project if people aren't working today?
