Perhaps an english school as well?

Bill Smith with DRM will be recommended by many students. Google DRM St Andrews to get the number.

nomally, how many hours needed to pass the test? 40h is enough?

It's a good start. If you (and your instructor) feel confident that you can sit the test, go for it. The worst you can do is fail, and the best thing is: unlimited resits!

My driving instructer always reckoned that the average amount of hours required was double your age, so a twenty year old would require 40 hours. She seemed to think that the older you are the longer it will take you to learn how to drive.
