Gown ordering

I'm having some trouble ordering my gown for graduation on the Ede and Ravenscroft website. I go through the whole process, enter all my details including payment details, then it takes me to a page with the following on:

"To support our high levels of fraud screening, this site supports Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode.

Your card is enrolled in the security program which is why you are viewing this screen.

Please note that any details you enter on this screen will be communicated directly to your bank by secure link and will not be stored on our servers."

It just stays on that page, there's nothong to click next, and if you click "home" a message comes up saying your order will be cancelled, but after a while it says you have been inactive too long and your session has expired.
Is anyone else having the same problem? How do you get round it?

Try pressing "enter" in the last box to be filled out. You must be missing something obvious.

A question about the colour of hood I should order.

'1st degree' options in the drop down menu are either Bachelor degrees or MSci, MChem (five year courses) etc. This is my first degree, but I'm taking a Master of Arts (four years, honours)- do I wear a red hood?
Choosing 'Masters Degrees' from the menu makes it seem like I've achieved a lot more than I really have.

i emailed them about that too and was told to go for the masters - the red and black one.

A little confusion over the colour of hood I'm supposed to order.....
When I select '1st degree' from the drop-down menu, my options are BDiv, BEng, BSc, etc. I'm doing an arts degree (Master of Arts, obviously) - does this mean I wear the red hood? I can't help but feel that choosing 'Masters Degrees' from the menu makes me seem a little more important than I really am.
