Has anyone got one? Any suggestions for who to go to for cheap insurance (I'm 21 with CBT)

Havent got one unfortunately but my advice is it's seriously not worth going to a dealership in Fife, much better to get one through a private seller secondhand, as long as you know what you're doing. Dealers tend to mark up their products so in essence what your paying for is the brand or that dealer-certified stamp.

My advice is go and look in bike trader (magazine) available in WHSmith or online. If not look in gumtree dundee or edinburgh for advertisements. Ebay motors is worth a shot too, just remember the cardinal rule is not to hand over ANY money before you have seen and checked the product itself.

For insurance bennetts are usually a good deal, there are several specialist bike insurance brokers who may or may not give you a discount like thebikeinsurer.com


Anyway the internet is your friend, have a look on there and don't be afraid to get as many quotes from as many different insurers as possible, the rule seems to be the harder you hunt for a discount the better it will be.
