U.S visa photoguideline?

Postby wl79 on Mon Jan 25, 2010 8:02 pm

I would like to apply for a visa to the U.S. However, I find that the photo size( 50mmx50mm) stipulated by U.S embassy is different from that of UK passport(45mmx35mm). Where can I take this photo in st-andrews? Thank you very much.

I don't know about where you can get it done in St Andrews, but where in the process do you need the photo? I recently got a US visa (H1-B) and just needed to provide the photo when going for an interview at the Embassy in London, and there are various places nearby which will provide the photos in the required US sizes. If you have an interview in London and don't need the photos until then, I'd probably recommend you just get them done on the day.
