available: room in beautiful central house for 12/13 term

Hi,

We've got a wonderful house on Queens Terrace with a room available for the 12/13 term.

The house is a five bedroom house, and you'd be living with four other good friends (three males one female). The rent is £100 p/w, and it's an 11 month lease. We're a very laid back and social house; you'd probably like us.

There's a lot of cool stuff to say about it, but rather than ramble i'd just ask that if you're interested please e-mail af335, telling us a bit about yourself - what you study, what year, whether you can do dishes (in a five bedroom house you really need to do your dishes), what societies you're a member of, etc. All the usual stuff.
