Hi, we have a room available from now through to the end of June 2013. Our flat is located at 4A Playfair Terrace, opposite McIntosh Hall on North Street. It''s a garden flat on 2 floors in a fabulous location! There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (2 showers) a living room/kitchen and separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The kitchen and bedroom available both have doors that open onto a private patio and large walled garden at the back of the building. The rent for the room is 350/month with a one month deposit. We are both graduating in 2013 and are looking for an undergraduate or graduate student, male or female, with a healthy work/play balance.
