I have a 5 bed, 1.5 bath house located near Aldi and Canongate Primary school available for next year. It's a 10 month contract and rent is £340 per month/per person + bills. Large lounge and kitchen with a full size fridge/freezer. Internet is included, phone is included, tv/dvd is included, house is fully supplied with kitchen equipment and there is a gas fireplace too!

Hi, we are 5 students (3 male, 2 female) who are looking for a 5 bed house for the 2013-14 academic year. We are all clean and tidy and will be able to provide good references (one from our hall warden and one personal each). If the house is still available would we be able to arrange a viewing soon? If the house is suitable we would like to pay our deposits and sign the contracts ASAP.
