Hey folks,

After opening a new topic here regarding my search for an accommodation I received a few emails with offers.
One of them sounded particularly good and had fairly nice, yet studenty pictures attached to it.
The address would've been 11 Sloan Street, so not to bad either....and the price was surprisingly low.

While these facts made me doubt the legitimacy of the offer a bit, it was a google image search (drag the pictures into the search bar) that made me realise I was talking to a scammer.

The identical picture of the bedroom was being advertised in Toronto and other cities...

So, just to warn you...scammers are on this message board and are looking for downpayments to reserve a place until you get there. The one who contacted me was called Clement Boute.
