I have one room available in my 2 bedroom flat for the period of January 2014 - July or August 2014.

Rent is very cheap (only £212 a month).

The flat is in Cupar (15 mins away from St Andrews) and even taking into account travel expenses - this is a far cheaper alternative to the accommodation in St Andrews. I commute everyday and I do not find it a problem.
