Room for rent 2014-2015 on Argyle street

I'm a fourth year going into a masters in psychology next year. I'm currently studying IR and Philosophy and am into indie music, cooking, horse riding and knitting.

I'm looking for a female flat mate in my current 2 bedroom on Argyle Street. Rent is 500 pounds a month, 9 month lease. (September - May). The landlords have high expectations, but it is a very well maintained flat that gets rented to golfers in the summer.
