Room for next year

Hi everyone,

I have a room I need to rent out for the year, from 1st September 2014-31st August 2015. It is a double room (but for single occupant) with computer desk and 2 double wardrobes. There is a large living room and dining room, bathroom, WC, and large kitchen. You will be sharing with two others.

I'm looking to to fill it with a postgrad. Previously it was going to a PhD student but she recently chose not to take her place in St Andrews, hence the late ad.
