A double room will be available in Sept 2013 (or also from now) in a lovely two bedroom flat. The flat is 5-7 min walk from the town center (Auld Burn Park). It is spacious, clean and fully furnished. The available room is spacious and with a double bed. Rent is approximately 375 + bills, for a 12 month contract. Looking preferably for a postgrad to share with, but happy to talk to other interested people.
