AVAIL: Cheap room in Guardbridge for Oct '12

I have a furnished double bedroom available in Guardbridge (next to Leuchars, 1/2 mile from the rail station). The rent is £250 ppm. The common-room and kitchen are good-sized, and overall it's a nice house (I'm trying to get pictures up as well). The landlord is working on fixing the house up slowly but surely. It's great for commute to St Andrews or Dundee, as the bus stop is right outside the house. (Keep in mind - it's about a 10 minute bus ride).

I also have an 8 year old cat, who does have some stress-induced behavioural problems, for which I medicate him. It's quite helpful if you like cats. I do keep him in my room when I'm not there for the first week or so after a new person comes in.
